Where We Work

Mainely Empowering Foundation launched its pilot program on July 1, 2026, currently serving Cumberland and York Counties. As our program grows and funding allows, we plan to expand into additional counties across Maine.

Why This Matters

Housing costs in Maine have climbed sharply faster than incomes over the past decade, leaving many renters and homeowners cost-burdened and at growing risk of eviction or foreclosure. MEF was built to intervene before that risk becomes a housing loss.
