Donor Disclosure Statement
Mainely Empowering Foundation is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 41-4450976). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code.
As a recognized public charity, we value the trust our donors place in us and maintain high standards of transparency and recordkeeping.
Mainely Empowering Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, EIN 41-4450976, licensed to solicit charitable contributions in Maine under license CO17137. Our organizational profile and financial disclosures are public on Candid, where we hold a 2026 Silver Seal of Transparency. MEF was incorporated in January 2026 and has not yet completed a fiscal year; our first IRS Form 990 will be posted here once it is filed.
