Our Programs

Everything we offer starts with Bridge to Stability, our current pilot program — case management, emergency rental/mortgage assistance connections, landlord-tenant mediation, and legal court navigation to help households avoid eviction or foreclosure before it happens.

Stabilize

We provide immediate eviction and foreclosure prevention assistance that is crucial for families facing imminent housing loss. Our dedicated team works diligently to guide families through negotiations with landlords, access emergency financial aid, or seek legal assistance to avert eviction.

Support

Recognizing that housing is just one piece of the puzzle, we connect families to critical social determinants of health (SDOH) resources. Whether it is assistance with utilities, food security, or transportation, we ensure families have access to the support systems they need to thrive.

Empower

We focus on long-term financial empowerment through education, skill-building, and resource navigation. Our financial literacy programs help families build the knowledge and habits needed for lasting stability—budgeting, saving, understanding how credit works, and knowing your rights as a tenant. MEF provides financial education. We do not provide credit counseling, credit repair, debt management, or financial advisory services.
