As a volunteer for the Mainely Empowering Foundation, I understand and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that volunteering may involve activities that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my service.
Release and Waiver: I hereby release and forever discharge the Mainely Empowering Foundation from any and all liability, claims, and demands arising from my volunteer service.
Confidentiality: I agree to protect the privacy of any community members I assist. I will not disclose sensitive financial or housing information encountered during my service.
Media Release: I grant the foundation permission to use my image in promotional or educational materials related to its mission.
Background Check: I understand that certain roles may require a standard background check to ensure community protection.
